Now listen up kids… your bike’s mech hanger is designed to break under extreme load or during a crash, in theory, to protect your frame against damage because it’s much cheaper to replace the hanger.

Our Emergency Mech Hanger is the saviour should yours fail mid-ride. Simply bolt it in place of the broken hanger to get you home. You could choose to keep it on, though this isn’t advised because it’s made of steel which is unlikely to break and save your frame should you have another incident.

So, once you’re home safe, replace the hanger and keep the EMH handy for future ‘incidents’, even if you change your bike because it’s universal.

We’ve decided to beef up the Butt Fender for MTB use. The refined profile and extra thickness makes it stiffer and stronger, so its built for abuse.

It still attaches to the saddle rails, with no need for additional fasteners, hanging over the back wheel, protecting the rider against soggy arse syndrome.

Soggy Arse Syndrome: “the effect caused by the rear wheel throwing mud and rainwater to your lower back region, which then soaks through to your derrière, leading to a very uncomfortable chafing feeling, especially on those longer rides”. Shudder!!

So if you’re prone to this problem and are looking for a light-weight, minimalist solution, weighing in at just 35g; look no further!!!
