A) Making a purchase<\/div>\n

1.Order
\nWe offer the possibility to order conveniently via our online-shop or by phone. For mutual safety, orders outside Greece are not accepted by telephone.<\/p>\n

2. Delivery
\nWe choose the most efficient way to deliver our goods to your door the fastest way possible. You get to choose the shipping method upon checkout. In case of a missing item or not having your parcel delivered, you need to contact us as soon as possible via mail or phone in order to be able to investigate through the courier company what happen. After the investigation if the reason for the missing item was our mistake we choose to replace it with a new one.<\/p>\n

B) Security of purchase \/ Cancellation information for consumers<\/p>\n

1. Warranty
\nWe grant two years of implied warranty on all items, as alleged by EU law.
\nIn case you have purchased a faulty item and wish to return it to us via warranty, please contact us<\/a> in order to see the problem caused and if it is covered under the warranty terms of the brand that made the item. If the item is covered by the warranty terms then we will proceed in order to replace it. We DO NOT refund faulty items under warranty terms, only replace them.<\/p>\n

2. Cancellation policy for consumers
\nConsumers have a legal right to cancel their order within 12 hours after their purchase.
\nPlease contact us<\/a> by any means possible in order to cancel your order as soon as possible. In case the order has dispatched and it is on your way then you need to pay the returning fees in order to get a refund.
\nAfter we receive the item we will refund your order.
\nThe items must be UNUSED in mint condition inside their original packaging.<\/p>\n

3. Transport damage\/complaints
\nWe kindly ask our customers to report evident defects as to quality within one week of receipt of goods. In the event of transport damage, which is already visible externally, we ask you to control the parcel immediately and to let the carrier give you a written confirmation of the damage.<\/p>\n

4. Dispute Resolution
\nOnline dispute resolution according to Article 14 of the Regulation (EU) No 524\/2013:

\nWe are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.<\/p>\n

\nWe use and save your data only if this is necessary to process your order correctly. If necessary, the required data will be forwarded to service providers for this reason. All individual-related data will of course be treated strictly confidentially.
\nAccording to our terms and conditions, the display of our products in our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer; instead it is a non binding online-catalog.
\nBy clicking on the button \u201cfinalizing order with binding payment duty\u201d you are placing a binding order of all goods in your shopping basket. The order confirmation is sent out immediately after placing your order, but does not constitute a contract acceptance. We can accept your order by sending out a contract note per E-mail or by sending out the goods within 5 days.<\/p>\n

C) Voucher campaign
\nThe voucher code must be pasted into the voucher code field and it also needs to be verified by clicking on the \u201cRedeem\u201d-button.
\nAs soon as you send a product back and your purchase value becomes less than value mentioned in the promotion the offer is no longer valid and the discount will be subtracted from your refund.
