Hidden Undercut Relief:
Inspired by the proven technology of the Circuit Mtn and Radar Mtn saddles, the BAV3 now uses a hidden undercut to further relieve pressure in the sensitive perineal region. Keeping the cutout concealed allows for unrestricted movement in the saddle without sacrificing pressure relief.

Nylon + Long Glass Fiber with Base Bridge
The improved BAV3 base allows for additional flex at the sides with every pedal stroke and features a rigid center channel for maximum power transfer. The glass fiber-reinforced nylon material offers unparalleled stability, allowing the saddle to retain its shape over time and ensure maximum comfort—unlike many saddles on the market that give way prematurely.

Free Float Rail Inserts:
The new inverted inserts on the BAV3 increase flexibility along the sides of the saddle, allowing you to move freely with the natural movement of your sit bones. First introduced on the Radar Mtn, the Free Float Rail Inserts give the saddle a more seamless feel and increase pedaling efficiency.

Atmos Shaping:
The BAV3 is constructed using the latest manufacturing process for high-end saddles. The vacuum-sealed finish eliminates bumps, seams, or clamps, leaving a clean, seamless transition into the base.

Sonic Welded Protective Edges:
While the Bel-Air is known for its protective Kevlar and Cordura side panels, the Atmos molding allows the BAV3 to incorporate Sonic Weld protective edges. By heat-welding a tough side panel to the soft microfiber upper, the BAV3 has increased durability and reduced friction points that could irritate riders.

Injection-Molded EVA Foam.
While the original Bel-Air used PU foam, the 2.0 was constructed with traditional EVA. Now, with advances in technology, the BAV3 is constructed with lightweight, medium-density injected foam, providing optimal ride quality and unmatched durability.

Peri-Canal:
The proven pressure relief of the BA 2.0, the BAV3 utilizes a defined central perineal relief channel that extends the entire length of the saddle. Pressure relief is further enhanced when paired with the new hidden cutout.
