Cash on Demand is not included in the shipping cost and can be added separately depending the way of payment chosen by the customer. COD (cash on demand) is only available within Greece.
All orders placed until 13:00 are delivered to the courier on the same day.
Below there is a list with the cost of transport within Greece & EU*, regardless of region. Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight or volume of the package automatically when you add it to the shopping cart.

The free shipment for purchases over 69 € is calculated automatically and it is valid up to 5 kg parcel and only for shipments within Greece.
Mistake made by us:
In case we made a mistake and send you the wrong item than the one chosen by the customer, the store is fully responsible to replace the wrong item with the one selected by the customer. Thus our shop is responsible to cover any shipping cost paid by the customer in order to return the items. After we receive the false items send we will replace them with the right ones and then refund you with the return costs.
Mistake by the customer:
In case the customer does not want the product he received, he incurs the postage costs to return the product to our store. When and if we receive the product and find that it is in new condition without being used by the customer, we refund the entire amount of goods without returning and shipping costs.
Return of apparel and shoes:
We try our best to help you choose the right size, thus in most of our products we include sizing charts. We understand that shopping apparel via internet has some risks and in some cases you might get the wrong size, thus in this case we will cover the cost of replacing the items for once. In any other case the customer is responsible to cover any returning costs.
In case you wish to return any items, the items must be unused in perfect condition, with all labels attached in the original packaging. Apparel and shoes that have been used will not be replaced.
In case the product received is false please contact us as soon as possible in order to start the warranty process and replace the item if covered by warranty. We do not refund items covered by warranty, only replace them.
